We're in touch as often as needed: sometimes daily, sometimes a few times a week. Online, via WhatsApp or by email. The format and frequency match what's going on and what's needed to move forward.
We work with clear goals. We discuss challenges, make decisions and turn them into action. On top of that, there are trainings and brainstorm sessions with other members. This creates a network of entrepreneurs who share experiences, challenge each other and move forward together.
For entrepreneurs with a startup or scaleup who want to keep building their own business. You want to run your own business, make the decisions and build. You want to feel the successes and are willing to face the difficult moments. But you no longer want to do it alone.

You pay Encendra an agreed percentage of your revenue. The fee is tailored to your business, its size and the revenue you're generating at that point. So there's no standard percentage for every member.
Before we start, we make clear agreements about the percentage and the revenue it's calculated on. The fee needs to fit where you are as an entrepreneur and a financially healthy business.
You invest in the partnership; Encendra invests time, attention, knowledge and commitment. Because the fee is linked to your revenue, we both benefit when your business grows.
The membership runs for an indefinite period, with no minimum term. We build with the intention of working together for the long term, while staying free to keep choosing the partnership. Either side can end the membership.
In the first phase, we're in close contact. We get to know each other and look at how you work, what your days and weeks look like, what you run into and what you want to achieve. What is your vision? Where are you now? And what's needed to move forward?
That introduction is our kickoff and the foundation of the partnership. From there, we follow the Encendra method: see, choose, let go and build. We make visible what's going on, set the direction, let go of what's holding you back and keep building together.
