I’m Dineke, and I’m fascinated by growth. By entrepreneurs with big ambitions, companies in full motion and the people who turn plans into reality.
My career began in recruitment. Over more than ten years, I grew from consultant to Managing Director and shareholder. During that time, I helped an organisation grow from two offices in Amsterdam and Rotterdam to seven locations across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Austria and Hungary.
I learned how to drive commercial growth, build teams, develop leaders and grow an organisation across multiple countries. But I also saw what happens when growth moves faster than the organisation can handle, when interests shift or when people stop following the same direction along the way.
That’s why I know good results never come from a single decision.
It’s about the combination of a clear strategy, the right people, strong leadership, an organisation that can adapt, and choices that don’t just feel right today but also fit where you want to go as an entrepreneur.
Thanks to my experience, I quickly see where growth emerges and where it starts to stall. I ask questions, listen, recognise patterns and raise what others would sometimes rather leave untouched. Because before you can change anything, you first have to see honestly what’s happening.
